I understand things can come up, so you have a couple options! You can cancel your appointment, or reschedule for a later date! If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, your deposit is non refundable at that point. However your deposit goes toward your appointment total so if you need to reschedule the deposit can be transferred to that appointment as long as you reschedule 48hrs before your appointment! As far as no shows or cancellations with deposit not paid I have a 35% of appointment charge in place. These are non refundable charges. If you have any questions please contact me.
